Rooted in centuries of illicit distilling, the Hebridean Isle of Raasay is a place where history, nature, and craftsmanship meet. Mineral-rich Raasay water and long fermentations of up to 118 hours (five days) develop a natural blackberry sweetness in the spirit before it even touches the cask. The result is a whisky that captures the island’s rugged beauty in every sip.
